Hi, I’m DeeDee Dawson and I have been designing new homes and remodels for over 25 years. I opened Great Xpectations in 2012 when we moved from Austin, Texas to Silicon Valley. In 2020, we relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina. We love living in an area steeped in history and beautiful homes. From plantation to colonial style homes, we enjoy updating these homes with a new modern and contemporary style. Remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and entire homes are our priority.
